New job?

Recent events at work has got me thinking about making a move... It's just a bit unfortunate that I would need my pay for maternity leave and might not qualify for full pay if I do get another job now (well might not even get one soon)

Such a dilemma 🚼

One good turn deserves another

Last week a lady came up to me on the bus asking to change a €20 note which I didn't have, I asked how much she needed for d bus fare an gave her a €2 coin. I was happily munching away on my Oreo when someone tapped me on the shoulder and gave me €2, i had to ask what it was for and she reminded me of last week plus loads of thanks!

I'm genuinely surprised cos I didn't expect to get it back, I know it's only €2 but it actually put a smile on my face... Its true when they say "one good turn deserves another"😄

Baby = Monday Blues

Mondays should officially be part of the weekend!

So I'm usually a morning person, I would rather have an early start in work before everyone gets in or I stay back late in the evening when almost everyone's gone however these days have become some sort of a rollercoaster for me...

Thing is I'm expecting my first child (cute isn't it?) and even though I'm excited about the baby, i am not too happy about my lack of motivation :( I always thought pregnancy would be a piece of cake since I'm normally a hardworking person, now I'm too tired to do anything in work and always clock watching when it gets to 4:30pm!

So I ask are there other women like me out there?

Been a while....

More like it's been a year! Makes me wonder if I have become too "busy" and I reflect back in the year...

Between now and last year I got really busy in work, my sister got married, had a baby, a couple of friends got married and some are having their 1st babies too so it has been a hectic year so far and 2012 isn't even over yet!
